Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by DataCraft Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Educational Services

DataCraft Labs provides online educational training in SQL and basic data analytics. Our services are designed for educational purposes only.

Course Enrollment and Access

Upon enrollment:

• You will receive access to course materials for the duration specified in your enrollment
• Access credentials are personal and may not be shared
• We reserve the right to modify course content to improve quality and relevance
• Course availability is subject to our operational capacity

Payment and Refunds

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if you are not satisfied
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@datacraftlabs.ca
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
• No refunds are available after the 14-day period

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, code examples, and exercises, are the intellectual property of DataCraft Labs and are protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Share login credentials with others
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission

User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a lawful manner and will not:

• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataCraft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

No Employment Guarantees

DataCraft Labs is an educational service provider only. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement or employment opportunities
• Specific salary or income levels
• Career advancement or promotion
• Professional certification or accreditation beyond our certificate of completion
• Success in job interviews or hiring processes

Certificate of Completion

Students who complete all required course modules and assessments will receive a certificate of completion from DataCraft Labs. This certificate is for educational purposes and does not represent professional certification or licensing.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
